IMPORTANT DOWNLOAD NOTE

For users downloading PartialCAD 3.1 Rijeka, exoplan 3.1 Rijeka or any other release, please update to the latest 7zip version (23.01 or later) before extracting the software package. 7zip had a security issue (CVE-2023-40481, CVSS 7.8, risk level "high"), and 23.01 is the earliest version that is safe to use. Please only use this or later versions.
